The following dc motor speed controller is housed in an IP44 protected enclosure measuring 300mm H x 250mm W x 200mm D

Mounted on the door would be: 1 x illuminated on/off rocker switch and 1 x single turn speed control potentiometer 

Parker SSD Drives 506 - 3A Single Quadrant DC Thyristor (thyristor) Drive for 230 or 110V single phase AC input.
230V AC supply - 0.43kW (0.6HP) at 180V DC for motor speed and torque control.
110V AC supply - 0.21kW (0.3HP) at 90V DC.
Simple to set-up in analogue, non-isolated form and ready to run from its default settings.

Input Current - 3A to 4.5A (depending on motor inductance).
Input Voltage - 110 or 230V single phase +-10% at 50/60Hz.

Rated at 40C Ambient.
